The service
e-xode Learning, published by e-xode (https://www.e-xode.net), is an online platform offering structured courses made of chapters, lessons and graded exercises, with AI-assisted features.
Your account
To use most features you need an account. You agree to:
- provide accurate information and a valid email address that you can access;
- keep your password and security codes confidential;
- be responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
Free and Premium plans
The service is available under a Free plan and a paid Premium plan. The features and limits of each plan, and current prices, are shown on the pricing page.
- Free: access to a limited part of the course content (the first chapter of each course) and daily limits on AI features.
- Premium: access to all chapters, higher or unlimited daily AI usage, AI feedback on exercises, certificates, analytics and early access to new features.
We may adjust plans, limits and prices over time. Changes to prices do not affect the period you have already paid for.
Payment and cancellation
Premium is billed through Stripe as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) that renews until you cancel.
- You can manage your payment method and invoices through the Stripe customer portal, available from your account page.
- You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep Premium access until then.
- Your payment details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
AI-assisted features
The AI tutor, the Spark assistant and AI grading are generated by a third-party model and may contain mistakes. Use them as a learning aid, not as professional advice or as a definitive source.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attack, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts;
- circumvent usage limits, rate limits or access restrictions;
- copy, scrape or redistribute the course content in bulk;
- post unlawful, abusive or misleading content. We may suspend an account or block an IP address in case of abuse.
Your contributions
You keep ownership of the comments and other content you post. By posting, you allow us to display it on the platform. We may review, hide or remove contributions that break these terms.
Intellectual property
The courses, lessons, exercises, texts, design and software of the service belong to e-xode or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.
You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning. Certificates are issued for your personal use.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content is free of errors, and we are not liable for losses resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the service, to the extent permitted by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
